Professionalism Doesn't Cost, It Pays!

Seek the advice of professionals when buying or selling real estate.   The Realtor wants you to have a great buying or selling experience, but today's world has too many intricacies with tax consequences and legal liabilities for you to expect the Realtor to know everything you need to know in order to do what is best for you.   Everyone's situation is unique.  

Don't be lulled in to a false sense of security in looking to the  Realtor to make decisions for you.   The professional real estate agent will be happy that you want to seek the advice of the experts.   If they aren't happy you have the wrong Realtor.  The Realtor's role is to bring buyer and seller together and be fair and honest to all parties.  Donice Breza, Shelby Office Manager
