In addition to 9 years of real estate experience, my professional career has been diverse [in the sense that I have experience in several fields], and consistent [in the manner that my role has always been a customer care representative]. I now understand that my prior experience was preparing me for the "Culture of Real Estate" which is the ever changing world of opportunity, research, development, compromise, understanding, excitement and acceptance!
While managing my real estate career, I accepted a temporary opportunity to become a licensed Casualty and Health Insurance Producer in 7 states. As a licensee, I assisted GM Salaried Retirees with their annual health care enrollment in 2008. Druing this period of time, I learned the art of organization, multi tasking and empathy.
Prior to embarking on my real estate career, I learned the power of building relationships. I was a Quality Engineering Coordinator for the General Motors Business Unit, at Yazaki North America, in Canton. I was appointed by the Director of Quality, to the role of gatekeeper for GM Supplypower access. I was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets. I was a trusted associate, and I was worthy of it. It was here that I actually understood that possibilities are endless.
During my employment at HMHF Fun Vacations, I learned to travel and enjoy life! As an entry level associate, voluntarily assisting [other entry level associates] with customer care issues, earned me a promotion to Reservation Service Specialist, and multiple international (Aruba, Jamaica, Cancun) and domestic ( Florida, Las Vegas) travel perks.
