Increase in Condominium Interest

Within the last 3 days, I have received inquiries from 4 new Prospective Buyers inquiring about condos for sale in Southfield!!   Three of the Buyers were interested in the same condo.  Which means a couple of things...inventory is not as robust as it once was, and there are more buyers out there.  So anyone thinking of listing your condo in Southfield and surrounding area, please contact me A.S.A.P...I need more inventory for buyers!
