Real Estate is My Passion
Real Estate is my passion since my first introduction to the housing market in 1982. As a sales agent and then as an Associate Broker / Manager, I have had the opportunity to witness and experience many changes in the way people market, finance, and successfully sell or purchase one of their most important possessions - their home. In todays real estate world product knowledge or expertise is one of the key components in dealing with the ever changing way homes are bought and sold. Three years ago the industry had limited knowledge with the term "short sale", and in todays market this term is now used on a daily basis. Since the new mortgage guidelines have been introduced our industry has been going through a real learning curve as they try and adhere to Federal guidelines. I have kept up with these changes to my profession and welcome the opportunity to put this expertise to work for you in the purchase or sale of real estate. Or, if you are interested in becoming a part of the anticipated real estate growth we can discuss career opportunities in the real estate field.
Real Estate has been rewarding to me and my family for the past 29 years. Over these years, I have met and assisted many clients, sales professionals, and others associated with the real estate industry. My knowledge and experience has grown through these many contacts and transactions. We have been through challenging times and I pride myself on continuing to grow and provide unfaltering assistance to the success of Century 21 Town & Country - Clarkston. I am committed to keeping up with the nuances of an ever changing real estate market. For 30+ years I have successfully worked through the ups and downs of real estate and have not lost the enthusiasm I had when I first entered the profession.
Call me and let me share this enthusiasm and real estate passion with you. A new real estate market is on the horizon waiting for you to be a part of it.

I have been married to Merle since 1972. We met at U of M during his hockey years there. We moved to Oakland county in 1978 when he joined G.M. in the personal department. We have 2 children, Sasha and Michael and joined the ranks of 'Proud Grandparents' in 2005 with the addition of Gauge to our family. Our home is ruled by three yorkies' total weight being less than 12 #. We have resided in our home on Dixie Lake since 1986.
Prior to my 1982 career change to real estate, I worked as a nurse in various specialty area, OB, Neonates, Burns & Closed Head traumas. It was a great experience and good training for my work as a coach and manager. I also tell my agents "This is not life or death but only Real estate"
Real Estate has been my passion for 30+ years. I take care with each transaction I handle because I realize that where a person lives has a major impact on their family and lives. As a manager and coach this is also the message I pass along to the agentas I work with.
