I closed more than $8 million in sales in 2011 and have a career high of approximately $100 million in sales.

My knowledge and success with closing short sales have led me to the honor of being the Midwest's only National short sale consultant to Bank of America. Currently, I am lead on a team of advisers for Fifth-Third Bank as well.

Personal Background

I grew up in Detroit, went to Regina High School in Harper Woods, under grad and graduate school in Detroit. I've lived in Birmingham, White Lake Township, and mostly in Royal Oak. Easy to say other than summers with my grandmother in Crossville, Tennessee, this is where I have been and will likely stay.

I like it here, I like the people, the weather, the vibe of the neighborhoods. I like that we have great restaurants and cool music venues.

Right now I am all about Indian food and Sushi. I am proud of my brothers -- Paul is the President of his lodge and he is a really good attorney. My brother Mark has run various Catholic social service agencies and is the best Dad ever! My brother Dave is married to his dream girl and is a sucessful manager of his business. I have a boatload of really cool nieces and nephews and some of the cutest kids for great neices and nephews you could find.

My life is simple. I love my family, my dogs, eating good food and hanging out when I can with my dearest friends and being a real estate junkie.

Current Professional Interests

Currently, I am working with Bank of America to improve their overall short sale success rate. I am Michigan's only short sale consultant to Bank Of America. And I am very honored to have that role.

I am dedicated to helping simplify the short sale process. And I take time to encourage other real estate professionals to become proficient as well. Consumers need Realtors to be knowledgable about options like short sales to help people avoid forclosure. Likewise, we all need the participation of the banks.
