Thank You for Visiting My Website!
I am the #1 Realtor at Century 21 Town & Country and in Royal Oak and surounding areas. I became the top agent through knowledge of the current market, hard work, and dedication to reach my clients goals. Overall I am the #1 Realtor in the Great Lakes Region for Century 21. I also specialize in Troy, Rochester Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Twp, Bloomfield Hills, Beverly Hills, Pleasant Ridge, and Huntington Woods. I closed more than $8 million in sales in 2011 and have a career high of approximately $100 million in sales.
Along with my proven 98% success rate at closing short sales for the last four years, with homes valued from $20,000 - $980,000 I am proficient in all areas of the real estate business. My knowledge and success with closing short sales have led me to the honor of being the Midwest's ONLY National Short Sale Consultant to Bank of America. Currently, I am Lead on a team of advisers for Fifth-Third Bank as well.
I am a full time Realtor and come to the Real Estate profession from Human Services as a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I approach my real estate career with the same duty, ethics, loyalty, and confidentiality as in my previous profession.

Real Estate: Century 21 Town & Country 1999- present. Educating buyers and sellers and negotiating with fervor for my clients best deal. (That's actually the fun part-- winning the "art of the deal"). This is not just what I do, it is who I am. I am a Realtor. It is my passion and is the culmination and evolution of a successful history of amazing jobs and working with so many wonderful and diverse people. This path has lead me to where I am today -- the number #1 agent in my company with more than $100 million in sales and the number #1 Realtor in the entire city of Royal Oak.
I grew up in Detroit, went to Regina High School in Harper Woods, under grad and graduate school in Detroit. I've lived in Birmingham, White Lake Township, and mostly in Royal Oak. Easy to say other than summers with my grandmother in Crossville, Tennessee, this is where I have been and will likely stay.
I like it here, I like the people, the weather, the vibe of the neighborhoods. I like that we have great restaurants and cool music venues.
Right now I am all about Indian food and Sushi. I am proud of my brothers -- Paul is the President of his lodge and he is a really good attorney. My brother Mark has run various Catholic social service agencies and is the best Dad ever! My brother Dave is married to his dream girl and is a sucessful manager of his business. I have a boatload of really cool nieces and nephews and some of the cutest kids for great neices and nephews you could find.
My life is simple. I love my family, my dogs, eating good food and hanging out when I can with my dearest friends and being a real estate junkie.
Current Professional Interests
Currently, I am working with Bank of America to improve their overall short sale success rate. I am Michigan's only short sale consultant to Bank Of America. And I am very honored to have that role.
I am dedicated to helping simplify the short sale process. And I take time to encourage other real estate professionals to become proficient as well. Consumers need Realtors to be knowledgable about options like short sales to help people avoid forclosure. Likewise, we all need the participation of the banks. Bank Of America has chosen to lead the way!
If you are a buyer or a seller, and you are afraid of this process or just want to understand it better, please call me. I will take the time to explain the entire short sale process to you.

- Member of the Michigan Humane Society
Being a real estate junkie ( which I confess I am) does not leave a lot of time for personal interests,
I am on the board of the Royal Oak Beverly Hills improvement Association and have been for the past six years ( ROBHIA.ORG).
I am actively involved with Animal Rescue.... Here's a shout out to RetroDoggieRescue.com and House of Critters.com Excellent people very dedicated to saving our companions.
And nurturing my two new rescue pups....
And all the other things normal people do...
I love my dogs
Rescue dogs are the best!!!! Consider adoption, don't add to the breeding pool.
By the time a dog is about 2 years old, you should know exactly what is going on with its health and temperment.
Go to retrodoggierescue.com - These ladies are the best for my breed favorite, Yorkshire Terriers and Maltese. All dogs are locally kept in foster homes. Connie and Olga are amazing.
Shout out to HouseofCritters.com for Cats and Kittens (and the occasional dog) - this is my guy!!! Mike is fabulous.
