High Resolution, Full-Screen Photos Make Home Listings Stand Out

First impressions are important when selling your home.

More than 80 percent of home buyers use the Internet to look for a home, according to the National Association of Realtors, making photos of homes on real estate websites one of the most important things people look for when shopping for homes.

Homes with 20+ photos fetch more leads and garner many more showings than homes with only 1 online photo according to an article in RISMedia (a real estate trade publication).  Zillow.com research concurs with that finding showing that a listing with 1 online photo is likely to be viewed much more than a listing with zero photos.

CENTURY 21 Town & Country's website offers client sellers the option of up to 50 full-screen, high resolution photos to be posted with their listings on http://century21town-country.com to showcase their clients' homes.

Property photos chosen for the marketing of your listing are critical. Bad photos, or no photo at all, may lessen the number of clicks for your listing on the internet and, ultimately, fewer inquiries and showings.

Here's an example of a listing with Full-Screen, Hi-res Photos.
