I became a Realtor to help clients navigate the home buying and selling process with great service, integral market knowledge and care. For most, buying or selling is the largest purchase or sale of an asset in their life and the process can be overwhelming. My job is to simplify the entire transaction for you and keep you informed throughout the entire process. I treat real estate like a top athlete does their sports career. I constantly train to keep updated and informed through classes, seminars and industry insiders. This allows me to stay current and ahead of emerging market, style and data trends at local and statewide levels.

Every buyer and seller has a unique set of circumstances, wants, needs and goals. Once I have that information I develop a specific plan of action tailored to each and every client.

Personal Background

I was born and raised in Warren as one of 5 children. Being the youngest boy I learned early to get what I wanted I had to be creative, tough minded and negotiate. Its what led me on a cross country journey to California where I lived and sold Real Estate for 12 years. The year round weather was sunny, the ocean beautiful but spending more time with my family became more important. I learned a great deal about relocating to a new place and how community, local contacts and information is vital for getting plugged in.

Personal Interests

I enjoy backpack traveling and have explored the culture, history, wine and cuisine of many west European Countries. Its pretty amazing when your standing in a structure that is over 1,000 years old, or walking through the garden of an impressionist knowing it was his inspiration for many paintings.  In the future I hope to travel to Australia and New Zealand to, among other things, find out if the the water really does spin clockwise. 

Somewhere along the way I picked up the hobby of cycling and fell in love with the mental and physical challenges it presents.  I've had the opportunity to participate in RAGBRAI twice with 20,000 fellow enthusiasts from around the world. The weather is hot, sticky and by day 3 your so saddle sore the only thing that aleviates the discomfort is cow udder cream. One of the best parts of RAGBRAI is visiting all the small towns, and eating homemade pie, fresh grown fruits and vegetables and local Amish fare.
